Rich Grams brings a full set of personal service skills to the real estate enterprise. He has been in the real estate business since 1979. During the years of 1980 to 1985 he was a founding and operating partner of Realty 5, Inc. a Minnesota real estate company. His unusual real estate background includes commercial sales and over twelve years as a business broker and acquisitions consultant in the Edina Minnesota area, plus franchise sales for Cendant Corporation in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
Rich currently lives in Viroqua and will bring his many talents as a trained negotiator and experienced REALTOR® to assist residential and commercial buyers and sellers in La Crosse and Vernon counties.
His hobbies include rare book collecting, water skiing, upland game hunting, and canoeing in the Boundary Waters with his two children Beau and Elizabeth. Rich has a life-long interest in Waldorf Education and has served as the president of the Pleasant Ridge School Parent Council and is currently on the board at Youth Initiative High School in Viroqua.
